Making its return this May is Guy Unsworth directorial production of Shakespeare’s tragedy and political play metamorphose into modern day global affairs.

Shakespeare in the Park is a political thriller play by Singapore Repertory Theatre, adapting the story of Julius Caesar into present time society and drama. The summit of 7 countries will expose a battle between leaders of power and ambition to finding their true allies in midst of the sinister scheme in Caesar’s assassination.

Join the showdown in a picnic session at Fort Canning Park while Jo Kukathas (Julius Caesar) and Thomas Pang (Mark Antony), as well as Ghafir Akbar, Daniel Jenkins and Julie Wee unveil the tragedy of the famous Shakespearean drama on stage.
