I am sure many Malaysians who are born in the 90s have their nostalgic memory of growing up with Doraemon, Nobita and friends. Fujiko Fujio has created a memorable brand of friendship and loyalty all across Asia. So, guess our excitement when Doraemon came to town as a special pop-up store in Sepang!

Animation International (M) Sdn Bhd has brought the fun to gateway@klia2, the biggest airport shopping mall in Malaysia from now until 28 April 2019 for fans to recreate the same magical feeling of the Doraemon world.

Mega Pop-Up Store

The success of both Doraemon pop-up stores in Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru and Paradigm Mall in Petaling Jaya has subsequently brought to the opening of Doraemon pop-up in a world-class airport mall with more than 100,000 patrons each day.

Hardcore Doraemon fans will be spoilt for choice for the the variety of merchandises including limited edition Doraemon orginal items at the pop-up store. Shoppers will also be greeted by 30 life-sized Doraemon mega figurines around the floor for some photo opportunities!

There are something for everyone in the family like Doraemon T-shirts that range from adult to kids, mugs, water bottles, stuffed toys, bags, books and even taste Doraemon’s favourite Dorayaki, the red-bean pancake that he loves in the manga.

From now until 28 April 2019, Doraemon Pop-up Store is located at Level 2 (behind ERL) at gateway@klia2, Sepang. Operation hours are from 10am till 10pm daily.
