Malaysia’s modern fine-dining restaurant is welcoming Kristian Baumann, head chef and co-owner of Restaurant 108 in Copenhagen, for an epicurean collaboration on 10th and 11th November at Dewakan.

Head chef Kristian Baumann is a Korean-born and currently based in Denmark running his 1 Michelin star restaurant, 108. He has impressive credentials on the culinary scene. formerly whipping up New Nordic culinary masterpieces in one of the world’s top restaurant, Noma. Similar to Dewakan head chef, Darren Yeoh, both of them have a high appraisal of authentic ingredients and produce in crafting the best creative cuisine.

You can anticipate an ingenious partnership between two talented head chefs in producing an 11-course menu. Plus it will be a treat to the tongue to taste how chef Kristian will utilise ingredients and spices native to Malaysia.
